  • WCA user ID
  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • WCA ID
  • Gender
  • Country of representation
  • WCA API connection token
  • Competitions managed on the WCA site

The processing is used for:

  • User identification
  • Sending confirmation emails
  • Registration into competitor list
  • Display of managed competitions
  • Display of participation history
Article 3.2: Data collection mode

When you use our site, no data is collected automatically.

Personal data is collected when you perform the following operations on the platform:

  • Signing in to the site;
  • Willingly using a tool in a manner that clearly necessitates to data to be stored (e.g. placing an order).

They are kept by the controller under reasonable security conditions for a maximum of two weeks after the competition you interacted with if finished.

The site may retain certain personal data beyond the periods announced above in order to comply with its legal or regulatory obligations.

Cookies are only used for session identification. No personal data is stored.

In order for the data controller to comply with his request, the user may be required to provide certain information such as: their names and first names, their e-mail address and any information that allows them to identify them electronically.

ARTICLE 6: POLICY CHANGES

The publisher of the MyComp site reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time in order to ensure that users of the site comply with the applicable law.

Any changes will not affect previous purchases made on the site, which remain subject to the Policy in force at the time of purchase and as accepted by the user upon validation of the purchase.

The user is invited to read this Policy each time he uses our services, without being required to notify him formally
